I have been a "member" at Plante Beach for over a year now. I have always been disappointed in the quality of beds provided, however it was close to work and inexpensive. Recently, my credit card expired. I did not plan on updating my credit card information with Planet Beach, as I did not want to continue my services there. The staff took it upon themselves to edit my card information and charge me for 2 months of service. When I called in, Connie answered the phone. She was snappy and rude. I will admit, I was very frustrated and could have been more polite, but upon asking to discontinue my service (since she said it was common practice to update client's credit card information without their consent), she promptly hung up, and she will not longer answer answer the phone. I can't imagine encouraging my friends or family to visit this place any longer.
Love both Fairhope and Foley locations, great staff, great prices. Love my spray tans.
