Awesome staff, very helpful and friendly even during their busiest and I'm sure their most stressful time. Great auto - I will definitely rent from this location in the future.
We have always used Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Foley and have been pleased with the friendly, professional service. Our car rental experience at Christmas was a bit disappointing but still a good experience overall. We received a promotion code for a free double upgrade when we booked the car. Unfortunately due to the holiday an upgrade was not available. Discount was given but would rather have had the upgrade. Car we rented had no floor mats, broken interior mirror and hole in carpet. Typically rates and service with Enterprise are far superior to other car rentals in the area. Hope this is not changing.
Great location. The folks were very friendly and helpful. helped us when we found we needed the car for a week longer. Only thing that would have really helped is if they could have picked us up at Barber Marine. Because the marina and boat yard is 14 miles away, it was out of their travel area but with the amount of potential customers we would have even paid for the pickup.
I have rented automobiles from the Foley office of Enterprise at least 18 times in the past 2 & half years and have only great things to say about them!! Jessica is usually the agent to assist me and she is exceptional in her customer service and troubleshooting! I have had great experiences with all my rentals, and the only couple of issues I have had, have been handled and resolved quickly! I would highly recommend Enterprise to everyone, and send guests at my place of business to them exclusively for any car rentals! If you are in need of a car rental that will be handled expertly and by truly awesome people, the Foley Enterprise is where you want to go!
absolutely horrible experience. we ordered car online week before, we came to the store. That time was everything was alright, we paid, nobody said anything about car or any problems. After they brought totally different car. We picked good and comfortable car for our long way, they brought different one and without saying anything. I was shocked, that we paid for car which one we ordered, and after we got different without telling us. Ellisa was rude to us, despite the fact that was their fault. I will never again rent a car with this company
