The manager at the time was Donna she left while there was 5 more in the line and one being served at the other register, Donna walked away and started putting buggies up which could have been done after we were checked out, there were buggies already for service she showed little respect for her co-worker and leaving her to check out all the people. She knew what she had done and did not care, shows me she does not care about the store, I will be going back in and I will complain to the morning manager Camille
My experience in Ross stores haven't been great. I usually spend from 75.00 to 150.00 when I do shop. Clothes are great prices but when you have employees follow you around the store like your going to steal something or when the cashier just tells you that the buggies can't be taken outside. I have a different view of the store. I don't appreciate that type of treatment.

Everything was easy to find, and the different sections were labeled well. However, the shoes were ALL out of order as far as size goes, and I felt that there was a smaller selection of quality clothing. Not a bad place though at all. I still found some good stuff for a good price
