I made an appt for 9 am. got there the requested 15 min early for paperwork. All I needed was a partial repaired. The Fortis student said it would take 5 min. I was there over 5 hours. They tried to sell me a $1500 new partial. Won't be going back.
This was my first visit to an Aspen Dental. I appreciated the extensive review of the health status of my mouth. I have been going to dentists for years and never had probe readings done on my teeth before. The hygienist Marie was polite, gentle and thorough. I am also grateful for the extent Dr. Hillman went to trying to resolve my tooth pain issues. I will be back.
Although the x-ray machine wasn’t working, they were still very helpful in helping me relieve some issues with a now problem. I would highly recommend them.
I have been very pleased with the quality of customer service and the professionalism in dental care I have experienced here. They do not try to sell additional or unnecessary procedures and their prices are within reasonable and customary range. So glad I changed to Aspen Dental!!
I search through 5 different dentists - all of them never gave me complete information. They jumped right into money and all of them were not trying to work with me within my budget. My budget involves saving teeth and updating my partial dentures. They simply wanted to pull all my upper teeth and give me an upper denture and a half ass partial denture to replace my old one by removing more teeth..
So tomorrow I start a lot of work that I hope will resolve my problems and may only involve pulling one tooth. The Foley Alabama office cares about its patients.
The dentist and hygienist spent a lot of time with me (FREE) by the way explaining tooth by tooth my situation and options. To add to this, Aspen X rays are better because the film the entire tooth right down to the bottom of their roots. Their 3 D is also better.
