Nice staff but very slow process
This is a third-party provider they will send you to Pensacola for corporate store. They will not be able to help you with billing if you close your account.
It is only a 3rd party, contracted to only sales products. Does NOT work with Sprint itself. They are not trained to fix phones, they do not even furnish information to send out for repairs. If you have damage or warranty, Sprints Pensacola and Mobile store has a tech., and fixes your phone without sending it off for repair. If it is more than one day they will give you a loaner phone. You would think if you use the Sprint name, you would offer better service. Or at least help the customer and let them know the options.
My phone got wet while on vacation in Gulf Shores. I needed a new one ASAP. The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. The district manager was also there and helped us. The sales people and the manager at this location have great positive energy which shows through the way they engage with each other and customers. The entire staff was funny and very helpful. They turned a very stressful situation into a very enjoyable experience. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received.
Seaona* was very unhelpful over the phone. Had an attitude and was unprofessional. I will never go back to this store again. I hope something changes because it is making Sprint look very bad.
