I made a special trip to buy a sofa. When I walked in a woman was showing a couple some furniture, and never acknowledged me, so I walked through the entire store while 2 other employees never acknowledged me either. Another couple walked in after me and some guy called his name and waited on them immediately. It was like I was invisible even though I was wearing bright red. I will never go there again.

The inventory on the floor is basically display, they wanted to order our furniture.
I previously thought this place was great. Now 8 mths later I am on my second set of non-working recliners. I have called probably 3-4 different people there. Not one ever calls me back. I've been into the store at least 3 times to try to get this issue rectified. Last time I went in the owner acted like he had no idea who I was. And said "lighting must have struck my house. Because they never have issues with the Catnapper recliners." When in fact their floor model wasn't working the first time we went back to address the remotely controlled features on our first set of these. My husband had to help owner flip over and work on floor model. It has been 4 weeks since the last time I went in. I got so angry by the owner now saying that about lightning that I had to walk out. Do you think they have even bothered to call me back? Oh heck no!!! BEWARE OF BADCOCK THIER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS!!!
