The contractor I had ordered all of our floor tile from Hoods and now all my floors are beautiful. Wayne Whitten the contractor also ordered a "door extender" because our first set of French doors did not fit the opening Mr. Whitten made because of mismeasurement by Mr Whitten. I need to know if Hood's does have this "extender" because unfortunately Mr. Whitten still has not completed our home. We have another contractor that will finish Mt. Whitten's contract and complete our home including the French doors we purchased from Hoods. The doors are beautiful but we need this "extender" to complete the door's installation. Since we got the doors from Hoods and supposedly Mr. Whitten had ordered this "extender" and I wondered if (hopefully) that Hoods would have a record of the purchase of French Doors and what I need to purchase to compete the installation. I do not want new doors theses are gorgeous. Can someone from Hoods help? Everything I have brought from Hoods is excellent in quality and very reasonable.
