We ate in here today, and it was a mixed bag. The place had not been cleaned extensively in awhile. There was excess dust on the blinds, illustrating this. And the booth seat had insufficient padding. It felt like we were sitting on 2x4s covered with vinyl. But the server, who also handled pick up orders and calls, was extremely friendly and attentive. And the food, which is often not done well at pizza huts in my experience, was exceptionally tasty, given that it was hot and fresh. I would give this 3 1/2 stars out of 4 if I could.
But Forgetting To bring what was order, and being rude on the phone it not the way to run a business.
I understand it's the weekend, so they are busy.
Best pizza I've had in 3 years at pizza hut they do make a very good taco pizza and prices are more than reasonable!!
We live in Gulf Shores and stopped at the Foley one yesterday. It was awful. Had a lot of people when we went in at about 12:30. Aprox 4 pizzas out that were all 4 supreme. I asked the waitress if they could put something else out that was maybe like pepperoni or meat and not supreme since my kids don't like onion or peppers. She honestly acted like my question was off the wall. Like why would anyone want pizza that wasn't covered in onion and peppers!?! Lol Then she told them in back and 20 minutes later they brought out 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese each cut into about 50 tiny pieces of very thin crust coved in grease. Did not even taste like Pizza Hut pizza. After they sat the pizza down which everyone in there devoured and left. My son and I got like 2 tiny pieces each! It was a fight for what little was put up there. My daughter opted to not eat because of it all being supreme type pizzas. They yelled in back to one another to close the bar and it was about 1:20 so we got no other pizza. No dessert pizza or anything since most was empty. I went to just make a salad and half the items were rock solid frozen?!? Then I had to go find my own silverware and no refills on our empty drinks because she never came back. Everything was dirty. Server basically greater is with a quick nasty attitude and dropped a stack of plates on the ground as she did. She asked me our drink order before we barely came through the door. Then brought them and I asked about pizzas and then she never came back. Never been to a Pizza Hut buffet or any pizza buffet that didn't have pizza on it without onions and peppers! Just choices in general. Awful experience with both food and service. We left and got Taco Bell to take home. Waisted time and money! Never again.
Dine in order was placed at table. Apparently the app sent it to another location; manager quickly took care of the issue & got our order made. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the server. The server was not sure how to serve. Dropped plates and cups, never came back after delivery our food, & when we went up to pay asked if we were placing a to go order.?.? But hey she had colorful hair.
