Great post office, small, fast service !
This woman running the magnolia springs post office has lost too much, I am not going to let this one slide, She used to run the post office foley and now they demoted her to Magnolia springs. She is hard to deal with, I went and bought a stamp to send a letter to my son in the Job Corp , she saID SHE WOULD GET IT OFF and its been lost its not the first one she has lost of ours...No wonder the post office is going broke, Few more like this woman and we WILL ALL GO BACK TO USING SMOKE SIGNALS..
I am not one to normally write reviews on anything but I have had the worst experience with the Magnolia Springs post office and staff. My package was delivered to the post office by UPS for them to deliver it to my home. My package was marked as delivered but was not delivered to my home. After calling SEVERAL times and leaving SEVERAL messages, I was able to reach someone to ask about the package. My package was delivered to the wrong address and was never turned in. I was then told that they never listen to messages and that I would need to call back if I wanted more information about the issue. I was told that I would need to contact the company I ordered from about the matter, even though it was not their fault for the missing package.
Nice Folks, Good Help. Always help you when you need it. Even if you have to call them.
