I called with a skin problem that has been getting worse and when the lady answered the phone I asked if they had a dermatologist. She put me on hold and came back and asked me what insurance I had. Confused, I again told her I was looking for a dermatologist, and she again asked what insurance I had. I said, what does that matter? She said she needed to know if my insurance was accepted and if not she wanted to give me pricing on paying in cash. How can you price something when you have no idea what the problem is?? I told her it sounded as if she was more worried about how I was going to pay rather than fixing my problem! In my opinion, these people are way more worried about getting your money than they are about getting you better! Its a sad situation when our doctors offices are way more concerned about making money over trying to take care of their patients!
Kari gives, hands down, the best massage anywhere. She found my trigger points and explained what was causing the tension and pain in my neck and shoulder. She worked it out, then taught me some stretches that I'm going to try. I will be back.

Deplorable! I made my appointment for a procedure on April 21st, they mistakenly scheduled me on March 21st. Since this was not the appointment I had scheduled I obviously didn't show up. I was told there would be a no show fee to reschedule my procedure that I no showed because they set it up for a different date than we discussed. After a few calls they said they were gonna waive the fee (really? How nice!) But,( and here comes the smack in the face) they would not schedule the procedure for me. Huh????? So in conclusion , they make a mistake and say that they will no longer accept me as a patient. Twilight zone season 25 episode 4 I guess.
It was a great massage by Kari. I went there on my vacation. It was clean and everyone was very helpful especially Kari and tips on relaxing at home. It was a lovely facility and laid out nicely. It was affordable. I can't say enough about my massage though. It was the best I have had to date!
