Didnt care for how one of the mechanic spoke to me like i was just some stupid woman. Also some big wig came in and was yelling at employees infront of customers while we were there. Everyone else there was super nice.

Made a Monday morning appointment to get a diagnostic check went in at 9, told it would be about an hour. Hour and 15 minutes later I ask about the progress and Rudy tells me the mechanic that has to do it isn't in for work yet. So he let me sit out there for an hour knowing nobody had touched my car. I asked him when the mechanic would be in and he told me he didn't know. I rescheduled for the following Wednesday.... Had an appointment last Wednesday to have a diagnostic check. Dropped car off at 9 am and told it would be 2-3 hours tops. Called at 12 and told to call back in 30 minutes. Called. Got non-existent customer service and the guy was rude. Called two more times and got put on hold for 22 minutes, then "accidentally" hung up on... Finally just gave up and showed up to get my vehicle at 5 pm. Was told I would get a call about the results Monday (today). They got paid for the work...... Called the first time at about 10 and was told by Rudy the man who could answer my questions would call me back.... Waited..... Called back at 3:30 and told he would call me back in 30 minutes or so. Called again at 5, told I would get a call back before close of business (since my car is acting up). No call back at all. Don't know what to do now except hope nobody else is forced (by the warranty department) to take their car to this horrible place! Maybe they will call tomorrow; not holding my breath though....... Probably going to have to take it somewhere else and pay out of pocket.....
