Ok so here we go. While I now live full time here in Gulf Shores I recently moved here from Midland Texas. For nearly 30 years I have been in the auto repair industry. To this day I own and operate a shop in Midland that is one of if not the highest volume independent repair facilities in the country.
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I had a flat tire at my house (tires and nails don't go together) and they came over, air'd up the tire then I went to the shop just a few blocks away and they fixed my tire in about 15 minutes. Then did not charge me an arm and leg. Just $15. I would recommend them to anyone. Very nice and very good!

Wilsons auto I'd a locally owned shop. The mechanics are honest and friendly. Everyone at Wilson's are very nice and professional. Quality work and honest and decent pricing.

I truly do understand how crazy a shop can get on a Friday so despite the hateful phone conversation I waited nearly two weeks and called. Big shock...this time I got an answering machine. 3 hours later there has still been no response to my voicemail.
Since my shop is over 1000 miles away I called Wilson's last Friday in an attempt to get a broken weld in my exhaust re-welded. In calling the lady that answered the phone was obviously annoyed an distressed that I even called. When I explained my problem she blurted out that they were too busy to get to me and hung up. Had she waited a few more seconds I would have said that I could drop my car off and leave it as long as needed.
It is nothing short of a shock to me that this shop is still in business.
