This place is nothing like in the pictures, is dirty, poor management, there is no parking spaces, need to park so far away... cause spaces are occupied by not tenants... half of the outlets, windows, doors dont work there is always problems... managers are not responsible or poor guess satisfaction... pool has no sanitized water... and i have found roaches in my kitchen, bathrooms, floors... and not signs of pestcontrol... very disappointed... people are always complaining of one thing or another... that is what neighbors talk about when we walk out our dog...
Absolutely HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Rude, inconsiderate. They allow all types of riff raff to go on without any consequences. I watched as people got arrested over and over, other times ran from the police, did drugs in the parking lot, yelled obscenities at all hours of night....."but here is the kicker" This was all coming from one apartment! They where never stopped, never asked to leave, I promise you, "I never once saw the manager even come down there." This is not a lie. I lived across the hall before I finally got out of there. I also gave a notice and they still turned me over to a collection agency demanding that I pay another month's rent! BEWARE: DO NOT RENT THERE! I am not a person to do this type of thing at all, and actually never have, but somebody should be held accountable for their actions and they will keep doing it to other people if someone doesn't speak up. And by the way, just another warning they are managed by: "BALFOUR BEATTY" I am forewarning you, if you have ever looked at these apartments and gave a thought, ask someone else too. AND RUN THE OTHER WAY!
