Extremely trashy! The creature that runs this place (very poorly) is atrocious! She is known to go around and harass tenants daily, change rates and add on charges for the most ridiculous things. She physically attacked my husband. She gossips about tenants to other tenants. Save yourself the headache and stress and find somewhere else. I promise you will be glad you did!
I have learned that Cindy Tindal conspires with demons. Was informed recently that Capt John passed away. He died in his camper after the ambulance was called they were going to do their job and Cindy told them to slow down because this is not a race track... I am at a loss for words over her behavior STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .
Ms. Cindy has cleaned this place up!! We have had our Rv there for the past 6 months and very happy.
Not child friendly at all. Do not move here if you have children. The other tenants are VERY nosy and will try to get information from you to use against you with the park manager. Does not have Wi-Fi like is stated online. We did not receive our deposit back because the park switched hands in the family. If this happens again in the future do not expect the deposit debt to be transferred. Pets are allowed but there are not designated areas and cleaning up after pets is not enforced or even required. As of April 2017 the park manager Cindy Tindal has made the RV park a seniors only park. Anyone under 50 is not allowed.
Wow I don't know what there talking about this place is not very crowded. It is very easy to hook up to the electricity and the water temporary room the back in and hook up two things it's by the best r v Park in between here in Gulf Shores and probably better than the one in your chores I know it's a lot cheaper
If one were to need a place to live where the landlord/nazi creates an environment of chaos and discontent this is it. Our experiences here were horrible at best. Cyndi Tindal and her lawnmower are constantly riding around your lot searching for reasons to evict those that she in her alcohol induced stupor have violated her ever changing rules. She verbally and physically assaults her tenants, charges fees that are unlawful, and consistently violates federal postal laws. During the time that we have left her property she has threatened to evict multiple families because she "saw" us in her hell on earth. Even though we haven't been there. Her idea of a rv park includes charging for power washing your camper, cutting your sewer lines, going through your mail, and spreading vicious rumors and lies about other tenants while being "nice" to you. In the year that she has assumed ownership of the property she has lost her grip on her sanity. We pray that you read this before staying here. Pay the extra money and keep driving to a different rv park.
