Called and spoke with Fred. He was incredibly rude. I asked about the monthly rate if I paid six months advance. He said "I don't care if you pay a year in advance it's the same rate $425 a month". He didn't even try to be nice and professional and say "I'm sorry. We don't have a rate break for paid in advance." I can't believe anyone would do business with him!
