I am going to be generous on the 4 stars, only because the service was very good. Ordered a sirloin steak with Broccoli and Mashed potato's and the bill was over $25 which to me was outrages. The steak had a lot of fat on it and was pretty tough. If you in the area, stop at Lambert's café, you at least get your money's worth. I think I am pretty well done with Applebee's.
the Hostess was pleasant, we were seated quickly, however the service was extremely slow. my order was wrong two times, My husband's meal was wrong once. When we explained that our orders were wrong, we received glaring glances. We asked for our check, and everybody ignored us for 10 minutes (we timed it). we are normally Applebees Customers, however we will not be returning anytime soon.
We got there about an hour and half till closing on September 27th for a late birthday dinner for my boyfriend, it looked a little busy, but we got immediately sat. Our server Brenda was very quick to the table&with our drinks and overall really nice. Food came out quick&hot. We didn't have one issue with our meals, they were fantastic! Can't wait to go again.
My wife & I were originally were going to eat at Lambert's, but it was extremely crowded. Applebee's was our second choice, because they didn't have a lot of people in there. I'm glad we ate there instead of our first choice. We enjoyed the food that we ordered. The waitress was friendly & was very quick to refill our drinks when they came close to running out. Our food was prepared properly & in a timely manner too.
My friends and I were seated at a table and was told someone would be with us SHORTLY. We waited 20 minutes, no one came. I got up, talked to the manager, she apologized, we left....the waitresses were playing games on their phone..i guess that was more important.
