Wasn't hardly any vegetables to speak of and more fried foods than fresh. To us, we mainly go to these types of buffets for the freshness and vegetables because my husband is gluten-free. This place was disappointing- especially for the high price.
Mostly it's pretty good...they tend to cook things a might longer then necessary like their deep fried foods...and they could please put tomatoes on the salad bar... what's a salad without tomatoes? But overall they have a good selection.
Buffet to the extreme. Jade Garden is always crowded with locals and tourist headed to and from the beach. A limited Sushi bar and poached salmon are available. Typical deep fried, steamed and stir fried Chinese dishes are on the buffet. Try their hand made soba noodles and rice noodles along with spicy shrimp or spicy beef and peppers. Not a place for quite conversation or romantic get away.

Excellent buffet. Three large rows of choices. Salad bar, seafood, soups, traditional hot dishes, sushi, and desserts.
Price was very reasonable considering the choices and it is a buffet.

For the quality, taste and variety there was to choose from it was not that good at all! Paid $40 for four people was way too much for what they had to offer. Next time I have a Chinese craving and pay that much Me and my family will just go to airport and eat at Grand Buffet!
