Went in to return a pair of shoes I got for Christmas and received the worst customer service from Jenny. She literally told me the Pensacola store was pushing me off on her because they informed me I can make the return in Foley. Then on top of that she tried to charge me $99 for shoes that rang up as $49 in her system. I've never heard of price adjustments for a higher price, usually they make the cost even or give you the lower amount. Jenny's reply when I asked her was "I'm a key holder, I can change prices". The company definitely needs to send Jenny thru some customer service training.
