I had my receipt and the clerk made me feel like I was a criminal by wanting to return a pair of crocs with the tags still on. Other employee never got off the bench, sat there on his iPhone the whole time.

Everyone was very friendly, especially this burley Iraq War vet who ran to the back SO many times looking for just what my kids wanted. He treated all of us so well. Great experience.
