Okay.. so I never write reviews. But my experience with this place was just awful! If I could I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars! Whenever I walked in NOBODY greeted me. The staff was too busy talking about whatever they were talking about rather than acknowledging a paying customer! As I look throughout the store the staff didn't move from behind the counter once to check and see if I needed assistance or if I was finding things okay, Which I wasn't because the store is SO unorganized! By far the WORST experience EVER!! Would NOT recommend shopping here!

I was disappointed when I tried to go buy the signature perfume about 5 minutes before closing. I understand how it is because I work in retail but they missed a sale and the outlet stores are required to close at closing time of 9pm.. Not 8:55.
Employee was playing on her phone the entire time that we were in the store. With a store full of people, she (the employee) spoke to no one and never looked up from her phone. She was dressed really sloppy, her appearance said that she could care less. It is very disappointing to see a brand that my daughter and I love so much to be represented so poorly! We will not be back to this location.
