Came down to Foley to relocate my parents into their new home. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but what I did experience was nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and there are plenty of amenities. Location is nice, not far from shopping and eating locations. My only issue is that the bathroom door didn't latch closed, but in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't a big deal. I'd stay here again.
Every interaction I had with the hotel staff was positive. They were all very polite and courteous. I will be staying here in the future.
Very nice stay. Hotel was super clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and liked that they had coffee and apples available st all times. I would have liked to have blackout curtains since our room was up from the pool and street lights. Also, we had the room do not disturb sign on the door, and house keeping still knock and disturb rest. However, overall the stay was great!!
The sitting part of the room was separated by a large desk. The bed was very comfortable.
As I pulled into the parking lot a message on my rental car dash advises me that my battery is not charging properly and I need to take my vehicle to the dealer. I parked in the archway, the covered area in front of the hotel to check in. As I checked in I told the front desk employees what was happening with my rental and they very quickly had a phone number and address for the closest dealer. They were very courteous and sympathetic as I was a bit distressed about my car. Their behavior was very professional and also enormously kind. They are in the hospitality industry and they know it!!
Checking in was a breeze. The front desk clerk was so friendly and sweet. The room was a typical hotel room. The beds were so nice and comfortable. The pillows were soft and just plush enough to be firm and soft at the same time. Loved this place.
The hotel was lovely. It has a nice pool. There is s fitness center. Breakfast was quite good and there was a good variety of items to choose from. My room was an unusual layout. It was oversized and had a loveseat.
The staff was excellent!!! Jennifer was awesome with all of her help. The other lady that just brought the new Caddy was great too. I can't wait to comeback again . Millie fixed a great breakfast every morning. Very sweet
