Have had no issues or concerns with my accommodations here. Booked online. Room is clean. Linens clean. Breakfast is nice. Pool is nice. I read some reviews before booking here. Seems some people have had some issues. I have none. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

When we arrived at this hotel, we were greeted by a nice lady at the front desk. Our first issue, they cancelled our reservation without notifying us because our original method of payment was declined. I have never heard of a hotel pre-charging prior to arrival, but maybe that's their policy. Luckily, there was a room available, and they reinstated our reservation with our new form of payment. Upon walking in the room, we immediate felt the dampness in the air, but decided to stay. We started to settle in, when we noticed rust in multiple spots on the ceiling as well as rust on all of the lamp fixtures. We sat on the bed, and the sheets and comforter were damp from the moisture. It was so much that we could visibly see water condensation on the wall. We notified the front desk, and she stated that she did not have authorization to refund our money but we could check out if we wished. We decided to check out, and the front desk employee even recommended other nice hotels for us to stay in town. We have called the manager and still have not reached them. So, at this point we lost the cost of our reservation.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location. 20 Mins to beach, walking distance to outlet mall, few miles from sports complex. Only issue was the door was difficult to unlock and close completely.

This is BY FAR the most disgusting hotel I have ever have encountered. FIrst off, the lady at the front desk scoffed at me and refused service. Then when I eventually got in my room over an hour later. There was BLOOD, I repeat BLOOD all over the unmade sheets on the floor. The lamps didn't work, nor did the phone. The toilet was clogged, and full. The front desk refused to help and did not let me speak to their manager. I'm pretty sure there was something living in the walls. The waffles were nice though.

Sorry to say the phone didn't work, they said they would send someone to fix it but never did. We have cell phones but that's beside the point. I had to walk to the office and tell them the one bed had a dirty comforter on it and needed changed out.. ice machine kept breaking down.. They advertise a hot tub and they didn't have one!! It got taken out a year ago but still advertised it, they really need to update their website. What a big let down. After a 15 hour drive my husband and I sure could of used it.. Don't think I would ever stay there again! Think I'll spend my money else where
