Friendly and accommodating staff! Reasonable rates. Clean, comfortable and well-kept rooms and facilities. Location is close and near to well-known and area famous restaurants, national chain and outlet retail shopping, attractions, entertainment, the beaches and ball fields. High speed internet but few in-room outlets.
Called on Friday afternoon to make reservation for Friday night (last minute, emergency stay). Reservation clerk spent more time trying to sell some sort of membership than making reservation. Later that night when we got motel to check in, only one person at counter, stood in line for 20 minutes, he said we didn't have a reservation. Showed him confirmation email, turns out that they made the reservation for Thursday night (the night before). Why would I want a room for yesterday? Of course they didn't have the room requested (1 room, 2 beds) but we could get 2 rooms each with 1 king bed for more than double the money. Amazingly, just as we were leaving to go somewhere else, the phone rang and ( miracle of miracles) someone called and cancelled their reservation (yeah, sure) for just the room we had asked for. So, after an hour of aggravation, we finally got the room we needed. And once we got it, it was a clean, comfy room. To say that your customer service SUCKS would be to over rate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found the staff to be very accommodating and the hotel was amazing. The smell of the hotel was inviting. The location is within minutes of food and shopping. We were literally in the heart of the town and not to mention the room and comfort of the bed was so comfortable, I almost forgot I was not in my own bed... I would definitely come back.
Came in for the NSA World Series. Clean rooms with amazing cold air ☃️ and very nice Property. The staff and cleaning ladies were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (although I prefer bacon it's hard to find on a hotel bar) but the breakfast employee was friendly and kept the area very clean and stocked. Pool is small, which is ok, because most people are gone to the ocean. Lots of restaurants, shopping nearby and the beach is only 20 minutes away. Would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Great place to stay!! Not too far from the beach... close to shopping!! Bed is a little hard. But awesome customer service!! Especially at breakfast!! She spoke to everyone and helped like we're family!!
